This home in Burke, VA had issues involving hot/cold levels of their home.
The existing attic insulation was removed, then vacuumed and sprayed with a non-toxic, anti-microbial spray to kill the mold growing on the roof deck and rotting it out. Then the mold is vacuumed into a HEPA vacuum.
The attic floor was air sealed to stop warm air from hitting the roof deck and creating condensation which caused mold growth.
