Comfenergy Owner Participates in Q&A with the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce

Justin Dobson, owner of Comfenergy, answers questions about what it's like to own a business and what motivated him to do it. In the Q&A, Justin admits that his favorite part about owning a business is the challenge. He believes every day is a challenge where you either win or lose, but the important part is the impact of change along the journey that feeds the future of his business.

The key elements to starting a business

His two largest motivators for starting his own business, he stated, were baseball and his wife. Baseball gave him the sense of failure he needed to push him into success. He also explained that his wife has been the motivational, emotional support he needed to believe in himself.

His advice to future business owners and upcoming entrepreneurs is to connect, work on your business rather than getting caught up, and most importantly, give back to the community.
