The woner of this Hume, VA townhome was having issues with high humidity in the basement. There was air leakage found through the rim joists during the evaluation by thermal imagery. The homeowner was not willing to cut open newly painted drywall to access the rim joists to seal them. So, Comfenergy proposed a Sedona whole home de-humidifier.
