Problems with Recessed Lighting

Recessed lights are nothing more than a 6"diameter hole in your ceiling. This allows the heat you have developed with your furnace (and paid for) to escape into the attic and out of the house. One 6" diameter recessed light = 28.26 square inches of area. If you have 10 of them, then you have a 282.60 square inch hole in your ceiling!!!
