New Soffit Baffles were installed wherever they were needed.
Air Sealing
The attic floor is air sealed. All accessible cracks and penetrations are sealed with expanding polyurethane foam.
Can Light Covers
TiteShell Recessed Light Fixture Covers are installed over the top of all the can lights and sealed with ZypFoam.
Insulation Installation
TruSoft Cellulose Insulation is blown into the attic to an R value of 49

TruSoft contains boric acid, which prevents mold and deters insects and other pests.

Now this attic is properly air sealed and insulated.
Rim Joist Spray Foam
To reduce humidity in an unfinished area of the basement, closed cell spray foam is installed on the rim joists.
