The bottom cover/siding like material has been removed. This shows the open space inside that was allowing outdoor air to come in. This meant that external temperatures could easily impact the rooms inside.

this cantilever was vented, allowing cold or hot air from outside to make close contact with the living space inside the home.

Here, our production team is installing the spray foam to seal up the rim joist and space inside of the cantilever.

Once sprayed in, the foam is allowed to settle and expand before we replace the cover and close it all back up.
