Photo Album: Fairfax VA Attic Condensation Solution

This Fairfax VA home had a roof that was leaking, allowing water to get inside of the attic.  This lead to excess moisture and eventually the beginning stages of mold.  Our team was able to develop a project to address the condensation, control the air flow in the attic, improve the air quality, and make the home more comfortable and healthy for the homeowners.  The old insulation was removed, the attic was cleaned of old materials and mold and then we air sealed the space with Zyp Foam to properly control the air.  Rock wool wrap was used to insulate a chimney pipe and then Tru Soft cellulose insulation was blown in to fill the whole space.
