These homeowners in Arlington Virginia wanted to make the top floor of their home more comfortable and cooler in the summer. The attic and small attached rooms were lacking insulation on the underside of the roof and sides of the top floor of the home. In addition to other services, our production team used spray foam to fill in the framing and underside of the roof in the attic. This will help to keep external air and temperatures from impacting the feel inside of the home and will reduce draftiness in the top floor of the home. Helping to better control the temperature of the top floor will also lead to a reduction in the energy costs to cool the home in the summer and heat it in the winter.
