How knowledgeable was the energy adviser
Shayne was great and very knowledgeable. He also followed up with is about a radon issue that was not part of the service.

What did they learn that was most surprising:
How much air was being lost through the attic and duct system and that some ducts were not even connected to anything. We also learned that our bathroom fans were vented into the attic rather than outside, which has led to mold growth in the attic.
