Carl was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. He absolutely knew his stuff and his visit was very educational.
Carl took the time to explain the issues to me, and also showed me where leaks were with invisible smoke and the thermal sensor.
Carl was extremely considerate, to the point where he was picking up pieces of blown insulation off the floor and ensuring my indoor pets were safely enclosed before opening exterior doors.

What did they learn that was most surprising:
That we have leakage at the floor and roof joists. I had honestly believed my home was sealed by Tyvek and Hardy planks. I'm unfamiliar with construction basics and didn't know there were so many opportunities for cold air to seep in.
