My only complaint is that I was told that the appointment would be confirmed at least the day before. It was confirmed at 10 pm the night before the appointment by the energy auditor. Shouldn't you have had an admin person do this instead of putting it on the auditor?

The extent to which we have mice and mold in the attic. Also, the extend of the air leakage in our home which I was able to see on the blow door meter for myself.
