We loved your team, Matt the sales rep, and Brenda (team lead), Alvaro, Theresa, and Kevin. Absolute professionalism from every one, every day! Quality of work is great, we are VERY happy with the end results for our home.
The office staff was great, coordinating our schedule and keeping us informed as the day arrived. They also answered questions and concerns ahead of time.
Matt Pascual was very professional and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He answered questions thoughtfully, and proposed the best solutions for our home, without overselling.
Brenda, the team lead, did a great job communicating progress each day. And her team including Alvaro, Theresa, and Kevin worked hard and professionally. Overall, a GREAT team.
This is one area that I was also pleasantly surprised with, the team went above and beyond to protect our spaces, vacuum, wipe walls, and leave it as clean as when they started. Really great attention to this detail.
