Customer had a dirty, disoganized attic and was seeking to improve the insulation and to create a clean storage area.
Solution
All insulation was removed, wiring was organized, an unused whole house fan was removed, a pull down attic stairwell was installed to allow easy access, can light covers were installed along with other air sealing strategies and insulated "Super Deck" storage deck was installed.
In the end the customer ended up with an efficient attic, a clean storage deck that was easy to access.
