Before
Here is a shot of the attic before we insulated it with our patent protected technology!
ZypFoam
The first step is to seal any points of potential leakage. We use ZypFoam which is the orange stuff to air seal everything.
Can Light Covers
This tan mound is a canlight cover! This covers any recess lighting that protrudes into your attic which will seal off any leaking air and is fireproof!
All Sealed Up!
Here you can see the attic with the can light covers and ZypFoam ready to go. Next, we will move onto encapsulation!
Duct Encapsulation
The next step before the primary thermal insulation is installed, is encapsulating all of the ducts which can be a source of leakage and moisture.
Duct Encapsulation: 2
Here are more ducts after they have been encapsulated with SprayFoam!
Air Baffles!
This home also needed air baffles which keeps any external air out of the attic that might seep in through the eaves.
Blowing-In TruSoft
Here is one of our crew members blowing in the Tru-Soft insulation.
TruSoft
The next step is blowing in the TruSoft Insulation!
TruSoft and Encapsualtion
Here you can see what the space looks like after everything has been insulated!
Sealing the Entrance
This David Lewis Hatch cover will make sure that the entrance is also sealed!
TruSoft: 2
Here is an up close shot of the TruSoft Blow-in-insulation. After this is blown in, your attic is completely insulated and your home will be comfortable again!
