Old insulation has been removed and the air sealing is ready to go.

This old insulation has air gaps below it allowing conditioned air from the rooms below to escape.

Holes and gaps in the attic decking allow air to move freely. This can also allow for temperature fluctuations in the rooms below.

Removing this old insulation and closing up the open wall vent will greatly impact the performance of this attic.

ZypFoam is being used to seal up the cracks and gaps where air can move through. This is one of the most important steps to making sure this attic will perform better for years to come.
Radiant Barrier
This radiant barrier on the underside of the roof will help reflect heat caused by the sun beating down on the roof outside.
