This homeowner in Woodbridge VA wanted to make their home more comfortable. after identifying an opportunity to improve their attic performance, they called us to see what solutions we could provide The client was able to clear and paint the attic before we sprayed it with MoldX botanical spray to prevent mildew and mold growth. Our production team used Zyp Foam to air seal the attic and installed a radiant barrier on the underside of the roof to help keep the suns rays from heating up the attic in the summers. Tru Soft cellulose insulation was then blown in to fill the rest of the attic. This will all help to improve the comfort of the home and reduce the energy use and cost.
