This home in Herndon Virginia was uncomfortable to the homeowner and had cold kitchen floors in the winter. Eric was able to design a plan to make the home more comfortable and have lower energy bills. Spray foam was used to insulate the cantilever of the home helping to keep external temperatures from making the floors cold. Foamax insulation was used in several knee walls to insulate and keep the temperature controlled. Zyp Foam was used to air seal in the attic before Tru Soft cellulose insulation was blown in to insulate the attic space.
