This homeowner was having enough heat loss to melt snow on his roof and create ice damming.....then it would slowly melt and leak down through the walls!

The were two locations where the duct work had become disconnected in his ceiling.....no wonder his bedroom was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer....no air was getting into the room!
