Sometimes we don''t need to do anything.
There are times when existing solutions in a home are already working to serve a purpose. We make a point to not try and sell our clients work that they don't need.
Production direction for material use.
SilverGlo is a patented wall insulation solution that we offer to help contribute to better control of a previously uninsulated space. Here our sales pro clearly identifies where it is to be installed during service.
More material use direction
SilverGlo installed on the wall will help to better insulate the attic space.
Identifying conditioned air loss
We use our HVAC system to heat and cool the air in our home. Without a good air seal, that conditioned air can escape through any number of small cracks or seams in your ceiling. Here our sales pro identified this happening and gave direction on how to stop it.
Cold room above attic
The room above this garage was often too cold. That was due to a lack of or poor insulation in the roof of the garage. The cold, unconditioned air in the garage was cooling off the floor of the room above.
SilverGlo on attic wall
Here SilverGlo is installed on the attic walls and sealed with ZypFoam to create an air seal between the panels.
Garage ceiling dense pack
Cutting a strip in the drywall across the ceiling allows us access to fill in the open space with new insulation, creating a better way of keeping the cold unconditioned air in the garage from impacting the floor and room above.
Exploring a homes architecture
Knowing how a home is built and what spaces connect or share walls is important to find a solution that will work.
Can light cover
this can light cover goes over the space in the ceiling where a light fixture is below. Sealing it with ZypFoam eliminates the opportunity for conditioned air in the rooms below to escape into the attic. This creates a more comfortable space in the rooms of the home and helps to reduce energy costs.
Can light cover over speaker
This can light cover was placed over the top of an air gap related to the in-wall surround sound speakers in the room below. Speakers mounted in your walls can create an opportunity for conditioned air to leave the room.
