Challenge

This Catlett, VA homeowner had a huge utility bill this month and they called Comfenergy to see if we could figure out how to lower their bills. Comfenergy performed a FREE energy audit to determine the ways the home was using and losing heat in the winter.

Solution

There were many areas that needed some TLC such as air sealing, can light leakage, skylights that had no insulation. The following case study pictures show some of the many ways we were able to help the homeowner lower their bills.
