Photo Album: Basement Insulation in Amissville, VA

A lovely homeowner in Amissville, VA had a wet and cold basement. We installed a SaniDry Basement Air System and a TripleSafe Basement Sump Pump System. The Comfenergy team then removed all of the old yucky insulation, air sealed the rim joists with spray foam, and insulated the block walls with Polyiso Board (Thermax). This resulted in a  dryer, less drafty basement, warmer floors above the basement, and less condensation in the summertime. This homeowner also needed to replace her pull down stairs to the attic so we installed new wooden pull down stairs and replaced the trim.
