Photo Album: Fixing a muddy crawl space in Chantilly

This crawl space in Chantilly Va had puddles of water and lots of mud. Using our water guard system, a sump pump and sealing up the walls, we were able to manage the water and moisture in the crawl space, creating a conditioned space with better air control.

Here you can see the water is all contained and the crawl space is now a conditioned space. No more water and mud.

Sealed walls and floor

The crawl space walls are now sealed with spray foam and the ground is covered with three layers of material controlling any remaining water and moisture, sending it to the water guard system installed below.
