This Fairfax, VA home was being remodeled on the inside. The exterior walls had no insulation, so they removed the walls and framed out the exterior walls to allow space for insulation. The remodeler gave the homeowner the option to do closed cell foam spray insulation.
Solution
Comfenergy used 2 part foam spray, closed cell insulation to fill in each joist space. The house is now air tight and energy efficient. This homeowner will have virtually no drafts in this area of the home at all. Plus, the home will now be much easier to heat and cool!
