Spray Foam Insulation Photo Album: Summit Point, WV-Cantilever
This Summit Point, WV homeowner was having issues with the top floor rooms on the back side of the home getting cold in the winter. After a blower door test and thermal scan of the home by Comfenergy it was determined that the root cause was a poorly air sealed and insulated cantilever on the back of the home.

This cantilever was poorly insulated and air sealed with fiberglass insulation. You can the air gaps in this picture.
