Using thermal imaging we found missing insulation beneath the dormer window. Then we removed the drywall from the garage ceiling and... Tah dah! Missing insulation! The thermal camera doesn't lie!
Spray Foam
We added closed cell foam spray insulation to make an air tight barrier between the bedroom air and the garage air. This provides better comfort, safer air from vehicle exhaust, and a great "R" value.
