Spray Foam Insulation Photo Album: Great Falls VA Archway Spray Foam Insulation

This beautiful Great Falls VA home had a very unique design that included a high entryway arch.  The top of the arch was part of the attic in the top level of the home.  The homeowners called us because they were experiencing comfort issues in the home and our Home Performance Sales Pro Carl went out to perform a full inspection of the home.  He determined that the existing insulation in the attic was insufficient for the size and needs of the home.  specifically, the archway design was allowing conditioned air to leave the living space of the home and leak into the attic.  Carl recommended removing the traditional batt insulation and filling out the frame of the arch with spray foam insulation.
