This home in Vienna Virginia had a poor performing HVAC duct system and a room over the garage that was uncomfortable as a result.  Our production team worked to better insulate the HVAC duct system to allow it to have better delivery of the conditioned air inside and packed in additional insulation to fill the space in the garage ceiling which was below floor of the uncomfortable room above.  The HVAC ducts are now a safe environment for the conditioned air to travel in and the garage ceiling will no longer leak cold or hot air into the room above.  This will all make the home more comfortable and will lower the energy costs for the homeowners.
