Comfenergy did an excellent job re-insulating our attic, including under difficult circumstances (snow storm).

Every time I spoke with anyone at Comfenergy, I came away with the sense that I mattered as a customer and that my question/issue would be addressed.

Carl was fantastic. I really appreciated that he listened to what I was asking for - foam insulation - and then posed probing questions to determine whether other solutions might be better suited to my needs. Because of that, I ended up going with a better AND less expensive option.

The insulation removal and insulation installation crews worked tirelessly, efficiently, and were very knowledgeable whenever I posted a question. Their ability to answer my questions gave me confidence that they were doing the job as described.

Because the crews did not make much of a mess, there was not too much for them to clean up. The only reason I gave a 4 vs a 5 would be that, ideally, the crews would also have a wet mop to quickly clean the floors of all of the dust. And maybe wipe down the walls, too.
