We were wondering what needed to happen to help reduce energy costs and weren’t sure where to begin. Eric did an outstanding job walking us through their recommendations while being understanding of our budget. We addressed the issues in our attic above our main level bedrooms and have already noticed a huge improvement in comfort at night! Following the service, we had a few small holes in our bathroom ceiling. When doing this kind of work, nail pops can occur and are out of the control of the technician. The contract explained this and we understood. We asked someone to come out and take a look since we weren’t sure if they were beyond a standard nail pop.
